Essay 6: Review of the first episode of a American or British TV drama

This American television series is Revenge season1. Also this TV drama series has from season1 to season4. It is such a very thrilling drama. The main character is Amanda Clark, and she begins to execute a plan in place of her father for revenge.　Actually, her father is jailed for a crime, but he is innocent. So her life changed completely because of this.

Mr. and Miss. Victoria Conrad of a magnate Grayson family in the Hamptons is where her father was entrapped. Amanda has lived at the Hamptons in her childhood, but she was far away from Hampton for a long time because she entered a reformatory. Finally, Amanda returns to home Hamptons for her father's revenge.

Amanda thought that her father was a criminal at the beginning of a story. But she knows that it was a completed lie through some information. The information was given to her one man. The man is Nowlan. He is such a rich man, and he knows her father. He hands her a letter from her father. That things is the trigger to seek revenge for her father.

Amanda wasn’t riches, but she was millionaire possesses Nowlan stock the company Noll Cope 48%. Mr. and Mrs. Victoria are such a rich family, so she became rich woman. She thought that she would have to be comparably rich. She buy her land in Hampton. The land is property of Mr. and Miss Victoria. Amanda retaliates again people who entrapped her father.

This drama is so interesting. Especially, the highlight of this drama is complicated human relations. Betrayal and the hatred of the person are expressed well. Also, This TV drama series is so thrilling and exciting. Some scene made me afraid. Basically, this drama have serious contents every time. However, I think that everyone come to like surely if they see it. I recommend this American TV drama.

essay 05: Best or Worst day in my life

My best day is coming-of-age ceremony. This ceremony was wonderful for me. There are many  good point of this traditional ceremony. First, the furisode is beautiful. The furisode is a Japanese traditional costume of women, but they are so expensive. I didn't buy it, so I borrowed one from my cousin. My cousin is 28 years old, she bought it. So I don't have to buy new furisode. According to wearing a traditional costume, we once again feel goodness of Japanese.

Second, we can meet many old friends by participating in this ceremony. This ceremony are held in the local area, so usually many old friends participate. The right picture is a group photo of my high school's brass band club. Many members live outside the prefecture, we rarely can't meet each other. Also this photo spot is Yatsushiro shrine. Actually, we had taken pictures three years ago at this spot. This spot is a memorable place for us. I was pleasure to take a this picture in this spot, so my best day is my coming-of -age ceremony.

Next, the worst day in my life is National Center Test for University Admissions. I took the test about two years ago. I liked the subject of Japanese language including Chinese classical literature and modern novels. Actually, I wanted to go to department of education at that time. Although I wanted to be a Japanese teacher, I failed this examination. I was so shocked and had a good cry. I had thought that I might pass this test, so I got deeply depressed. However, this incident is very important for me. Because I  failed the test, I can find new dream. Also I could make many friends at KGU. The worst day in my life  is one day, but that day is also a new turning point of my life. I was glad to meet various people at KGU.

essay 04: My self introduction 2035

It is 2035, and I'm 40 years old. My job is  civil servant. Also I living in Tokyo after graduating from KGU.

I introduce my family. I got married when I was 26 years old with a man. The man is my senior who is one year older than me and from my work place. His name is Kaito, and he is such an industrious worker. I have two daughters. Older daughter is Lisa and 14 years old. Younger daughter is Sara and 12 years old. I living with my family happily.

My husband is so kind, so my daughters love their father. On the holiday, he often takes us to various places such as parks, shopping malls, and Disney land. My family likes to go out, and all get along. Also my husband always help me. If I is taken sick, he would did housework. I proud of him.

My daughters is so cute. Lisa is so clever, but she is a little cold. She likes to study math, and her dream is to be scholar and an academic. Compared with Lisa, Sara isn't clever but she is good at playing the piano. She has learned piano since 4 years old, so she has studied it for 8 years.

Now, my hobby is cooking. I fix lunchbox for my daughters and husband everyday. Actually, I didn't like to cooking before. However, I became to like cooking since I got married with husband. Especially, I'm good at rice with hashed meat. My family always said that it is so tasty. I want to go to cooking school someday.

In this summer, we will go to Thailand. Actually, my old friend at KGU living in Thailand. I will go to see her with my family. Although I promised to see her again when she go back to Thailand, I couldn't keep my promise. So I'm looking forward to visit Thailand.

My hometown is Yatsushiro. Yatsushiro is located south of Kumamoto. I have lived for 20 years there, and I really like my hometown. Yatsushiro has a lot of good points such as food, agriculture, and a fireworks festival.
First, the food is so fresh and tasty. Especially, I like tomatoes. Tomatoes from Yatsushiro is known to many people and they are popular in Japan. Also the production of vegetables is flourishing. Potatoes, cabbage, and onions are tasty. People who live in Yatsushiro always can eat fresh and tasty vegetables and we can eat fresh seafood because it is near the sea. There is oyster house near my house, and it is so popular in my hometown.
Second, agriculture is also thriving. Igusa is the main agricultural product of Yatsushiro. Igusa is a part of tatami. Tatami is the popular mats in Japan, However, there are a lot of houses which don’t have it. I’m proud of tatami of Yatsushiro, so I really like it.
Third, our fireworks festival is so good. The fireworks festival is so popular and famous in Japan. Many people visit my hometown. Every year, I am excited when we get close to the day every year. Fireworks are so awesome and interesting. Everyone can have fun to see it. I recommend you come to this festival.
There are good points, but there are bad points. One bad point is the transportation network. I think that transportation of Yatsushiro is bad. Almost all people use their car. In addition, the Yatsushiro area is so big, so a car is necessary. Roughly, there are buses. However, the number is small and it isn’t convenient. I think that we should improve the public transportation network more and more. If improve it, Yatsushiro would be a better city.

My hometown is so beautiful and full of nature. Of course, there are some bad points. But furthermore, there are many good points. I really like my hometown.                323/993

My treasure is Kimono. Actually, I have learned Japanese dance for 8 years. In japan, says nihonbuyou. When I was 6 years old, I started to learn it. Of course, I had to put on kimono by myself every week. Put on kimono by myself is so difficult and hard, so I was struggled at that time. Now, I can put on kimono by myself.

I have a lot of kimono in my home. Especially, I have many kimonos for practice. Kimonos for practice are cheaper than ones for performance, so I have a lot of it. I has 11 kimonos. Although I had learn it for 8 years, I became to dislike Japanese dance at once. Practice is so hard, and my lesson teacher is so strict for me. When I was started to learn it, I'm so young among students. So I was not good at it.

I had learn another lessons in my childhood, Japanese dance became to importance for me. According to learn it, I could know Japanese tradition, culture, and importance of practice. Actually, I had thought that Japanese dance isn't cool and modern dance is so cool. However, Japanese dance is so beautiful and awesome. I could notice it. Recently, People who isn't interested in Japanese tradition and culture are increasing. We have to interest and know about it more and more. I think that knowing about our country is so important things. We can reconfirm good point and bad point of our culture and tradition by knowing our country. Therefore I think that I had learn it was really good.

Also I have another treasure. It is comic books. I really like Japanese comic books since I was junior high school student. Especially, I like girl’s comics. Usually, I buy 3 or 4 comic books every month. The most newest comic books is otoriyoseouji. This is comics of foods. When I read it, I want to eat them and stimulate the appetite. My collection of comic are about 400 comic books. If my friends come my room, they could fun to read them.

Hi, how are you? I’m fine.

Let introduce myself. My name is Riko. I’m 20 years old; I’m from Kumamoto, Japan. Kumamoto is so famous for clear water because there are a lot of resources of groundwater in Kumamoto. Also the in the food in Kumamoto is very delicious, so Kumamoto is famous for agriculture.

I’m 3^rd year student at KGU, and I major in English. I like to study English. Especially, like English linguistics.

I live with my family, and I have two sisters. I usually work part-time job in hottomotto, now. Hottomotto is a shop that sells bento. I’m cooking various dishes. Especially, I’m good at cooking katsudon. Katsudon is Japanese food. I want you to try it.

In my free time, I watch movies. I like foreign movies because I can learn English easily. My favorite movie is Green Mile,and my favorite actor is Jude Law. He is so cool. His movie is my recommendation. Also I like to play various sports. I want to play sports with you. What famous sports are there in your country? My country’s famous sports are kendo and judo, but I hardly do them. Let’s play sports together! In addition, I have learned Japanese dance for seven years, so I can put on a kimono by myself.
